Cyril Martinez is Chief Strategy Officer.
Cyril joined from Hayfin where he spent 10 years, the first five working in Corporate Development before becoming COO of Private Credit/Private Equity in 2020.
Beginning his career in Paris at PwC and Societe Generale, Cyril moved to London to join Citi Group for five years in Corporate Strategy and Development. Before joining Citi, he obtained an MBA in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business in New York.
