Richard Lam is Global Head of Private Funds.
Richard has deep experience in venture capital, growth and private equity, having held senior roles at Initialized Capital, Race Capital, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP).
Before that, he spent time at BCG in management consulting and TorQuest Partners in direct private equity, having started his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch.
