Result of Annual General Meeting – All Resolutions Passed

RIT Capital Partners plc held its 38th Annual General Meeting on Thursday 30 April 2026 at its headquarters in Spencer House, London.

All resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 24 March 2026 were passed.
